I have been working on a BPO company for more than five years. I have handled technical support accounts where I have to assist the customers how to fix their doors, fix some parts of their doors, help them install their doors and help customers purchase replacement parts as well. Also, I have a very broad experience handling healthcare account since I have been helping members of a health insurance company to get the best of their benefits with their plans - most of the time I help them schedule an Annual and Physical Fitness, schedule a house call visit, quote their medical and prescription benefits, assist them to check the status of their medical and prescription claims and search a community program that could help them with their healthcare needs whenever their plan doesn't cover a certain benefit/s. I have also become a trainer, where I have handles trainees who would like to become part of the global support and teach them with all the information they will need to assist the member, and I have also become a quality assurance analyst for a healthcare account on which I have to score and listen to the calls of the agents who take in phone calls to assist the members and make sure that they are always providing a quality service to each and every members they spoke to.
