Top Skills

Experience: 2 - 5 years

To get to know me, my previous job was as a Procurement/Proposal Specialist and Opportunities and Proposal Admin (this is a remote or WFH) where my job was to find Opportunities like RFP (Request for Proposal) & RFQ (Request for Quotation). Results-driven Opportunities and Proposal Administrator with 1 year of experience in managing the full lifecycle of proposal development and opportunity tracking. Adept at coordinating cross-functional teams, analyzing client requirements, and crafting compelling proposals that drive business growth. Proven ability to streamline processes, enhance proposal quality, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance. Skilled in leveraging CRM systems and proposal management tools to optimize workflow and support strategic decision-making. These are my tasks: * Sourcing opportunities (RFP, RFQ, Pre-RFP, Sources Sought) from both federal and municipal sites in the US, including Govwin, SAM.gov, GovCB.com, and other municipal websites. * Summarizing and reviewing the opportunities found. * Creating drafts and slide decks (using Canva) to summarize the opportunities. * Presenting summarized opportunities in our GNG Meeting or GO/NO GO Meeting, where the decision is made whether to proceed with a bid or not. * Scheduling all pre-bid meetings and site visits for 'GO' opportunities on the Calendar and sending invites to the team * Sending RFI’s to the Point of Contact of the Opportunities * Encoding and Updating all the Opportunities to the CRM/Dashboard (Monday.com or Asana) * Coordinating with the team, especially with the estimator and the person responsible for creating and submitting our proposals. I'm willing to work under pressure even with shifting schedules, graveyard, and morning shifts as long as I'm in the comfort of my home. My other skills are basic use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint). I also often use it for communication (Gmail, MS Outlook, Zoho Mail, Zoom, MS Teams, Skype, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Viber, Telegram, and Slack). I am using other CRM or Dashboards tools like Asana, Monday.com, and Bitrix24.com (keeping track of tasks, and projects, monitoring progress, and communicating) and I have a basic knowledge of using Canva, and Skynova (Quoting Software) I'm willing to work under pressure even with shifting schedules, graveyard, and morning shifts as long as I'm in the comfort of my home. I'm willing to be trained as soon as you permit me. Let me know when so I can start immediately. Please consider my application. Thank you, ma'am/ sir
