Profile Description

I have been working as an Admin Staff for 13 years. I have been handling RSVP, Roster, Write-in and Evaluations of the doctors/speakers. Year 2018 I became Senior Project Support Coordinator processing doctors/speakers' invoices reimbursement. Assisting my manager to handle our team and our clients.
APPLICATION USED:
Salesforce - AHM/IQVIA - Processing data entry and invoices of doctors/speakers;
Centris - AHM/IQVIA - Data collection, where we put real time notes or updates that we've processed, planners' collaboration;
VIA - AHM/IQVIA - Ticketing system and Self-service portals
Google sheets - AHM/IQVIA - in processing evaluation of the doctors/speakers
Outlook - what we used in receiving and sending emails to our clients.
TEAMS - used for chatting our clients
