I'm an admin executive assistant for almost 3 years to our Chief of Early Warning Section at CDRRMO. The way I handled all the task are super challenging at first to me but gradually I have learned and found my own capabilities to do it smoothly and complete all task per day just me being organized everyday. For me that's my own strategy, ORGANIZE. Work one at a time. Being a multitasker is also an additional point but I always make sure that I finish every task before moving on to another one. For time management, I am also organize. I make my own duration to finish a specific time because since Im an executive admin assistant of my boss, I have to be also attentive to his schedules, meetings, incoming documents etc.
