In my most recent role at Synchrony Financial, I served as an E-Chat support specialist, responsible for managing a wide range of private-label credit cards, including those associated with Walmart, JCPenney, Chevron, and various others.

After I left my career in real estate due to the pandemic, I transitioned to selling items online, primarily focusing on military supplies, including uniforms, accessories, and boots. I conduct my online sales through platforms such as Facebook, Lazada, and Shopee. I possess a modest level of expertise in Facebook advertising, crafting compelling ad creatives, and implementing chat automation using tools like Botcake. Additionally, I am proficient in creating and updating product listings on Lazada and Shopee, platforms that are akin to Alibaba. At present, my primary product line consists of stickers.

I worked as a phone customer service specialist at GE Money Bank, which is now known as Synchrony Financial. My primary role involved managing JCPenney private label credit card accounts. Additionally, I had the privilege of being selected to spearhead the launch of a new account called PCC, where I handled various small business accounts, including multiple private-label credit cards such as those associated with Ashley Furniture, Dick's Sporting Goods, and others. Once the new account was successfully established, I was subsequently transferred back to my original role at JCPenney. Later, I was promoted laterally to a position in e-chat support.
