I have been working in a telecommunication company for almost 5 years, 2 years as a Customer Service Representative and 3 years as a Credit Analyst. It's quiet challenging when you work in a retail world, why? Because aside with the target you also have to deal with some irate customers, and that's exactly how I developed my skills on how to handle customers. I am also computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint), I have attended seminar about Business Application Software which tackles about Microsoft. I also tried using CRM Tools and other Data Analytics Tools like Looker Studio. I am really open for new learnings because I believe learning is a life-long process, I can work under-pressure and keen to details as well.
