I am a Highly Motivated Writer, Business Manager, Virtual Assistant, Social Media Manager, and Shopify Store Manager who possess good communication skills, proficiency in English, expertise in technology, and a pleasing personality. I am a Philosophy Major at Mindanao State University - Iligan Institute of Technology (MSU-IIT) who recently graduated Magna Cum Laude. I recently got units for my Master in Business Administration (MBA) at Mindanao State University - Iligan Institute of Technology. I also finished senior high school at La Salle Academy taking up Humanities and Social Sciences and graduated with honors.

I have been a technical customer service representative in Concentrix Cagayan De Oro which is a BPO company and a Real Estate Virtual Assistant with excellent strategic planning and problem-solving skills. I have knowledge of technical troubleshooting and I have been engaged with many organizations. In being a former chat and email customer service peripheral support of famous gaming gear, I have undergone technology-related and communication skills improvement training. This helped me to broaden my capacity to become customer service oriented and to handle pressure constructively.

I have been a Shopify Store Manager. In this, I have been a research specialist for products. I have managed a dropshipping store and I was the one who analyzed marketable products, fulfilled orders, and managed to track sales. With regard to my product research experience, I researched products for our online marketing campaigns. This usually is done like a proposal and once approved, the product will officially be the market product. With regards to branding, I also have been the one who creates a description of the products. This is accompanied by the responsibility of editing the product pictures and removing watermarks. As a Shopify Store Manager, I was also focused on social media marketing.

I have a background in Amazon customer service and product listing. I have this experience because I have worked as a general virtual assistant and my previous client has an Amazon business. In my Amazon customer service experience, I have a background in email support which became fulfilling since I am a passionate writer.
