Profile Description

I am working as an Executive Assistant for Las Vegas Appraisal Company for 7 years now. I am a data entry specialist, basically completing appraisal reports for the appraiser. I also take care of all the administrative work, like log payments and reports accordingly into the internal system. I email clients or agents to request documents needed for the reports, and I make sure the reports are completely checked and proof read before sending out to the clients. Before that, I was able to work as an Inside Sales Agent for 1 year for ReMax in Canada. I used to set up phone appointments and nurture leads as well. I was a Customer Service Representative for 9 years. I handled collections account for credit cards and mortgages. Aside from receiving calls and answering customers' concerns, I also was given an opportunity to supervise Chat / Email Support team. I used to proofread surveys and emails before sending to the clients. I'm very hardworking and focused. I can work under minimal supervision. I am very efficient and precise, very attentive to details. I always make sure that I get the job done accurately and in a timely manner. I am a fast learner and am always willing to be trained.
