My job as customer care specialist with IBM includes providing excellent customer service,billing Bell Satellite TV customers in Canada. After that I moved to another company and worked as HR recruitment for New York Life Insurance and Western Mutual, top insurance company in the US. Then I got into Technical Support with Concentrix, troubleshooting for Linksys router. And for the last two years I got in as a freelancer working as a telemarketer for a Real Estate company in Denver Colorado and also as Virtual Assistants for clients from Perth Australia and Jacobs Well.
I am also very familiar in using salesforce, lockedon,podio and Upgrade to see actual infon definitely work with less supervision and ultimately achieve task that are provided on specific time.Working in your company will truly be an honor for me.
