• ASIC Administration *Annual Company Statement Reviews, sending out and payment reminder. *ASIC forms preparation and lodgement. • DocuSign *Packaging up all client documents (BAS, IAS, Tax Returns, Company, Trust, SMSF, Annual Reports and other associated documents) and signing documents using DocuSign. • ATO Portal *Reviewing Outstanding lodgements and debts on the Bank Statement. *Check and Email Notice of Assessments and SOA to Clients. *Download and rename all the documents in the ATO portal. • Admin Sydney *Assistance in saving completed documents to their corresponding folders and to Client dropbox. *Drafting emails and making invoices in Xero. • Other Administration *Completing new Client Onboarding. *Appointing an Agent and Registered Office. *Ensuring that Monday, XPM, NowInfinity, Tax Agent Portal and DocuSign all have the correct Client details. *Ensuring Client files are kept up to date. *Maintaining Client folders and groups in dropbox. *Archiving company deregistration and Client. *Ensuring packages that are sent are out to sign in XPM.
