3. Lead Qualification?Assess if leads are a good fit for the business based on their budget, needs, and interest level.?Categorize leads into hot (ready to buy), warm (interested but not urgent), or cold (low interest).

4. Data Management & Tracking?Maintain a lead database in Google Sheets, CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), or spreadsheets.?Track response rates, engagement levels, and conversion metrics to improve outreach strategies.

5. Collaboration with Sales & Marketing?Work closely with the sales team by passing qualified leads for follow-up.?Provide feedback to the marketing team about what strategies work best for generating interest.

6. Optimization & Strategy Improvement?A/B test different outreach methods to see which messages get the best responses.?Stay updated on trends and tools that improve lead generation efficiency.
