I have been working as a corporate agent in the fields of mostly Customer and Technical Services, assisting U.S and Australian customers through chat and email since 2011. I was trained in some of the respective Call Centers in the Philippines. I can provide e-mail support, chat assistance. I can also do researches for any given topic. I can do data entry, and mostly admin tasks.
Proficient in most well-known office based software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google services.
Beginner in freelance industry or online jobs but definitely serious, focus and can take up challenges. Very much trainable and driven to learn new things.
I also have some skills in editing photos and videos as I do it as a hobby on the side.
