After i graduated in college I was hired as a management trainee wherein I am directly reporting to the Company President, he will be giving instruction on the things that he wants me to work on. I handled several studies and assisted different departments to improve their efficiency and productivity as well as to save cost. A year after I was hired, I was promoted as production supervisor in which I manage the scheduling of the items to produced to achieve what was planned and maximize available resources, I was also responsible in creating the manpower schedules, approval of their leaves as to not disrupt the operations.I was also able to handle other departments such as Storage Department, Processing & Kitchen, and Technical Service Department. On top of that I handle their individual concerns within the company, and also creates individual assessment for at least 80 employees.For the period of 6 years with the company i have gained a lot of experience that are very useful to my professional career.

I stopped my studies for 1 semester so that I can land a job and luckily I was hired as Customer Services Representative on my first try on one of the leading BPO company that time here in Cebu. As a CSR I am responsible in taking calls and assist customer concerns. I was first assigned to focus on handling billing concerns and explain to the customer how their bill was computed and processed refunds if ever they have disputes. After which I handled technical support, I received calls and assist the customers if they have technical issues with their internet, phone, and cable connection.
