Currently a full-time Internal Sales Representative for an Australian company, I’ve worked my way up from a Helpdesk Associate to being promoted to Executive Assistant and now my current position. Aside from taking on sales and administrative tasks, I am able to utilise my writing skills by writing marketing content for the organization. I've had a passion for writing since I was in High School where I was an Editor-in-Chief for our school's newsletter and was awarded writer of the year. I have over three years of experience as a Freelance Academic Writer for Livingston Research, and over a year of experience as Media Reporter for an Australian-based media monitoring company. I've had more than a year of experience in the BPO industry as a Customer Service Representative, particularly as Email and Chat Support Representative for a UK-based online retail company and as Chat support representative for a US telecommunications company. Through these experiences, I have practiced and honed my research, writing and communication skills. I have also received awards and recognition for my performance from the previous companies I've worked for. I have basic knowledge in using MS Office applications such as MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint. I also have experience in using a CRM system.
