Profile Description

As my title says, I am an expert when it comes to Customer Service (phone, chat and email), Data Entry, and a very reliable and honest Virtual Assistant.
I have worked in a Call Center environment since in 2007 and was assigned to different departments and handled different positions.
I had a year of experience as an Inbound Customer Service Representative for a Tax Preparation/Debit Card Company. I was also assigned as a Level 1 Technical Support Representative for an Antivirus Software for 8 months and was promoted to a Senior Consultant position. The tasks changed from receiving incoming calls to making outbound calls for advanced troubleshooting and Manager calls. I stayed in that position for 2 years until I was assigned to Tier 2 Billing and Tech SUpport for an Accounting Software. The tasks include receiving incoming calls for Billing Inquiry and Sales, making outbound calls for Closing Leads and Survey for Customer Satisfaction.
After working as a Inbound and Outbound Customer Service, I started working at home to have more time with my family.
My first work at home job was a data entry and SEO specialist. The task is all about editing excel files and internet/web research. Afterwards, I became an Email Support for an online retailer handling Billing and Admin task for 6 mos. Most of the task was all about account information and order management. I was an Email, chat and phone support for another online retailer for mobile phones and computers. The task was almost the same as my previous job but most of the time I got to answer customer inquiries through chats. I also worked as a lead generator through chat on a IT consultation firm. The task is mostly done via chat and generating leads wherein I collect information and passed it to the sales team of the company.
I am a team player and I focus on the success of the Campaign as an individual, team member, and as a Stakeholder. I am very much open to learning and development.
