My latest work experience was from a USA company on which I have been the research and email marketing assistant.  And with almost 3 years of experience in customer service, both in face to face and online conversing I manage to provide an exceptional customer or client support. I am also efficiently managing administrative tasks such as email correspondence, data entry and willing to learn new office software to be efficient and more productive. And because of my degree I have a demonstrated ability to conduct thorough research, gather and analyze data and prepare reports or presentations to provide clear and precise data for the tasks given. Can provide market research or a competitive analysis research for a certain type of business that can provide insights for a new business strategy. I also have an experience in social media evaluation that provide thorough analyzation of a social media content for accuracy and relevance. I excel also in understanding the current and emerging trends that can help clients and company to know what the best strategies for the continuous change of market demands in social media.
