My Job description is to create a report when we receive a customer claim, conduct investigation and send to Customer. I am also responsible of creating Inspection guidelines for Inspector before they conduct Inspection. I am also responsible on time keeping like conducting tack time. I am also responsible to send email to customer about the updates on their trial or measurement data that they want to see.
