I have been working in customer service for almost 3 years. My first job was when I was a food server in a restaurant. Since pandemic came in, I chose to apply as CSR in BPO. The account I handled was healthcare account, I was receiving inbound calls to verify the patient's eligibility and coverage of their prescription drug plan. The most recent job I had was with Optum Global Solutions, I was a CSR as well and it was healthcare account. I was processing refills, refund and replacement of medications. I have an experience as well talking to doctors, nurses, pharmacists regarding patient's claims and benefits.
