I am a dedicated bookkeeper with more than seven years of experience in finance and accounting field. I gained experience in bookkeeping with the use of Xero and Quickbooks online accounting software by joining workshop and online course with actual bookkeeping cases to work on. Well- versed in microsoft excel.

I'd love to help you with your accounting so you can focus more in growing your business. 

Here's what I can do: 

Set up and/or Maintenance of Xero or Quickbooks file including: 
-Customized Chart of Accounts 
-Upload historical transactions from bank data 
-Assistance with set up of any bank feeds, as applicable

Daily bookkeeping including but not limited to the following: 
-Record cash receipts/income from your bank deposits. 
-Record cash disbursements/expenses from your bank transactions. 
-Record interbank transfers. 
-Record any adjusting entries needed. 
-Reconciling bank transactions and credit cards to statements. 
-Reconcile other balance sheet accounts to underlying records. 
-Creating bills, sales invoice, credit notes, purchase order etc. 

Monthly financial reporting including: 
-Balance Sheet 
-Profit and Loss Statement 
-Month to month comparisons whenever applicable
