Provided weekly quality call review and feedback. Participated in new hire certification process and weekly quality calibration sessions.

My role as a property manager associate included referencing prospective tenants, drafting of tenancy agreement, arranging move-ins, answering and making calls using Webex, responding to emails and issues raised on the property management company's tenants portal, and coordinating with landlords and contractors.
