I've worked with sales account. Order entry sales and hard selling. I've been handling customers in different role since 2017, been handling pure customers service, making modifications to customer's orders or reservation. Also, I was once with a fast food industry, so I've handled customers face to face. Understand what they need and provide them the best of my assistance. I also handled customers with their bills, any inquiries and questions in regards with their bills, processing valid adjustments, explaining every detail of their bills and making them understand what's changed in a right manner and proper customer handling. I also helped customers troubleshoot main issues with their service. I also learn fast when it comes to tools navigation. I can easily undertaker tasks that is given and get it done in a timely manner. And with all of the knowledge and skills I possessed, I know I can easily handle customers, can easily finish all the tasks given to me and understand every job that needs to be done appropriately.
