Profile Description

I have been in the BPO industry since 2020 and most of my experience is with Customer Service. Providing great customer service is a tough job but with all the experiences, knowledge and skills that I have, I know I would be able to provide quality customer experience.

I also have a background in Financial Account (Credit Card). I learned that working in one of a credit card company and customer service can go hand in hand with proper knowledge, skills and training.

I'am also capable in doing Web Research and Data Entry including:
-Lead Generation ( Looking for prospective client's email address,LinkedIn and Website)
-Product Listing
-Skilled in Data Entry and Excel works.
-Excellent writing and communication skills.
-Proven ability to learn and adapt quickly.
-Ability to work independently requiring minimum supervision.
