My name is Kathlyn Empleo, I’m 24 years old residing in Antipolo City, Philippines. I have 2 years of working experience as a customer service associate and another 2 years as a content moderator.
I used to handle logistics, and general inquiries in an international and biggest online shop in North America. Aside from that, I also handled a known US telco account which includes fixing customers problems with their account, data, and also their billing statements. My 2 years of experience with working in content moderation taught me to be detail oriented and meet the target while making sure we filter all the content on online platforms to ensure that it meets certain standards and guidelines.
I’m qualified for this job as I have the experience to handle customer and client’s needs in a timely manner together with my excellent communication skills. I’m a very organized person and has time management skills that I gained through my past experiences especially with being a content moderator in various social media platforms.
I’m excited to work in a company where I can use my skills and previous experiences, and also learn a lot to contribute and expand my knowledge if given the chance to work in this company. Thank you.
