I have worked in the Real Estate Industry for 7 years as Data checker accuracy, Trustee checker and Trustee caller, working in different roles gives me more knowledge in the industry such as how to search in Register Deeds websites (North Carolina and Texas) for active liens, PRC website, Upgrade to see actual info and Foreclosure websites. I also call trustees and courthouses to get the sale status, opening bid or winning bid information. I have also done customer support representative (products and billings) for a year.
