By working as customer support for 5 years I can definitely say that I love to talk and understand the value of good communication skills by being patient, empathetic and passionately communicative. I always put myself in my customer shoes and be an advocate for them when necessary. Problem-solving also comes naturally to me as a customer care specialist I am confident at troubleshooting and investigate if I do not have enough information to answer the customer question or resolve complaints.
