- Handles the manpower agency’s clients.
- Assist clients on their concerns with regards of the employee performance.
- Assist the client on the data management.
- Relays all employee concern to client.
- Manages the employee performance based on the client’s evaluation and
feedback.
- Responsible for partner sell-out and inventory submission.
- Ensures partner submits weekly reports.
- Manages Philippine partner information, data cleansing and data uploading.
- Coordinates all reports to Client back-end team (SG & IND) for system upload
and errors.
- Facilitates partner training with regards of any data concern, procedure, and
issues.
- Monitors partner behavior with their sell-out and inventory movement.
