I was employed in VXI Global Solutions as a Customer Service Representative last 2015. As a CSR, my task was to make sure that our clients from the US and Canada were well-assisted when they were checking the status of their orders, deliveries, bill payments, and/or other transactions via phone calls, chats, and emails. We also make sure that the delivery driver's profile and payments are updated and correct. A few years later, I tried applying as a Quality Assurance Analyst for personal development. As a QA, we ensure the quality and integrity of agent's calls, emails, and chat responses. We are also responsible for different types of reports needed by clients and/or managers on a daily and weekly basis. We conduct QA talks/huddles and provide feedback to the agents assigned to us. We also establish calibration sessions with our clients and operations.0
