Product Presentation: Deliver compelling sales pitches and demonstrations.
Negotiation & Closing Deals: Overcome objections and finalize sales agreements.
Follow-Ups & Relationship Building: Maintain communication to drive repeat business.
Sales Reporting & Analysis: Track performance and provide insights for improvement.

Customer Service Key Responsibilities:
Client Assistance: Respond to inquiries and resolve customer concerns promptly.
Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot problems and provide solutions efficiently.
Order & Account Management: Process transactions, refunds, and account updates.
