I am a fast learner and I am very much willing to be trained in any type of work. Getting to be trained in new things specially in a different field makes me feel excited.
I've been in a BPO and corporate business industry for 10 years already, I worked mostly on financial accounts. Was able to handle retail and credit card accounts. I can communicate and deliver information clear and concise can work under pressure. Collaborated with different teams and manage to meet all the required metrics needs by the business . Understanding and resolving customers concerns is one of my daily task and was able to manage it by exceeding customers expectations and making sure that they always feel valued .
