Profile Description

I have been a customer support representative wayback 2015 at Concentrix Cebu City. A first time customer support during that time was hard but with the help of my team leader I became one of the top rankers. After four months I got promoted to be part of the SAVES team wherein my job was to save subscribers from cancelling their subscription from our company. My job was to give customers all the benefits they will get to enjoy. Because of my trainings and experiences with customer service, I can assure you I can be of great help with your company. I am also willing to do other tasks you want me to do in order for us to gain trust from customers while they will buy or enjoy our services offered. I am currently looking for a better opportunity and believe that any position will enable me to make full use of my skills and knowledge. I would bring a resourceful, flexible and hardworking attitude to this role. In my previous position, I maintained an exceedingly functional office environment while providing administrative support for a fast-paced company. I have knack for problem solving and work well independently with little oversight. I respond to request from colleagues and clients in a timely manner and am adept in prioritizing multiple tasks.I am a self-starter working at Cebu and here in Iligan, and excel at admin management, meeting support and effective prioritization. I am also deeply familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google documents, Google Drive and adapts quickly to new programs. As a part of the team, I am willing to undergo trainings and learn new things with less supervision.
