I used to teach English as a second language to foreign students for almost 5 years. I’ve become heavily involved to different culture since I was able to handle Korean and Spanish students.
I’ve worked in a call center a year ago as a customer service representative and I have learned much especially extending my patience at its best. I have gained confidence because we were always asked to be accurate and sure to each and every detail we’re going to provide to the customers. I have developed a strong communication skills since I dealt with different people all over the works with different concerns as well.
I have also gained extensive experience when I tried being a virtual assistant after being a customer service representative. My main duty way back couple of months ago was to make sure that incoming sales to each and every account would be valid and properly placed. I was asked to handle different tasks everyday like typing, encoding, searching for hash tags, searching for keywords and even proofreading everything before posting any ads on SNS. I used to handle Amazon,Ebay
I am confident that with those recent experiences I’ve had, I will be able to be an effective employee with you and would also use my previous learning from my previous experiences that I know would help me improve my service for you.
