Hello, welcome to my profile. Please take time to read to know more about me and this are my field of expertise as an entry level VA I'm expert in:
-Cold calling-Customer service-Chat support

Being a customer service associate it is my duty to provide solution to their concerns and answer their inquiries. I was hired last 2021 by a company, and worked for almost 2 years with them in international travel account and being with them makes me the person I am today. I am confident with the skills I have acquired especially in communication and problem solving. Being able to handle stress while multitasking with that, I am very keen to details especially it's about booking and we handle multiple of them. So the system I have used was Citrix with multiple tools we used includes all the information for us to navigate what the customer is inquiring about. The key to success for being a customer associate for me is being resourceful and firm to handle irate customers. 
Recently, I was introduced to work virtually. I am very thankful for my coach because she let me acquire valuable experience and teach how to do cold calling. So I was able to work for her as cold caller for real estate and offmarket self-storage. So both of these I handle at the same time basically I call potential leads to gather information about a property and follow up with them from time to time. So tools I used with them is Podio, Dialpad, Justcall and BatchDial.
I am confident about my attitude towards work, honesty and committed to work, time management and good communication skills. I'm able to work under pressure while multitasking with these, and my friendly attitude I can be an asset to your company. What you can expect froUpgrade to see actual info is, I'm self-motivated, fast learner, resourceful, trustworthy and easy to work with. I can work independently with less supervision.
