Good day to you. I believe that my skills acquired through years of experience will be a good fit for the role. I have an experience in customer support, customer success, customer experience, virtual assistance, inbox management, technical support, technical services coordinator/dispatch, service desk management, feedback management, relationship management, account management, chat support, phone support, & email support. I have used tools and applications such as Salesforce, Zendesk, NetSuite, ConnectWise, LabTech/Automate, ThreatLocker, Axcient, Meraki, Remedy, Confluence, JIRA, and a lot more.

I also have an experience in sales (inbound & outbound/upselling/retention), telesales, automotive sales, real estate sales, & life insurance, . I have 15 years of International BPO experience (US, UK, Australia).

I have excellent communication skills and I am a fast learner. I have a C2 Advanced English Proficiency. I am an efficient and independent remote worker. I have been working remotely for more than 10 years now. I have my own equipment and work area. I can start immediately.

I would love to take this new path to further broaden my skills. I want to show the company that I can be a great asset to the organization.
