Profile Description

• I’ve been passionate about assisting clients since I started in this industry, and I have almost 5 years of customer service experience in a different line of business, such as TELCO, which includes trio services, and I handled billing inquiries and technical support for internet, TV, and mobile services.

• I also handled benefits and claims requests for medical and dental insurance. Aside from answering inquiries, I also excel in retention and providing first-call resolution to my callers.

• I’m a confident speaker and I always handle my calls calmly even in an intense situation, because I do not only have patience but empathy as well where I put myself in my caller’s shoes for me to avoid taking the call personally but in a professional manner.

• I’ve been working from home since pandemic started that’s why I know how important productivity and integrity is. Like doing everything right even if no one is physically there to guide you while dealing with caller’s information.

• One of the things that I can be proud of is my work ethic cause being punctual and always present to work is another way for me to grow professionally and learn not just through training but continuously while working.
