• Oversee and directs financial budget, personnel and operations.

• Handles administrative functions such as overseeing
a business’ day-to-day functions, creates Purchase Order/ Credit Note & Stock Inventory, transacts with suppliers & request quotations
• Handles 20-25 sales agents and motivate agents to meet their sales target and to adhere with our zero error policy.
• Monitor agent’s productivity, attendance adherence and attitude towards work doing Quality Assurance for their calls.
• Provides endorsement to HR for agents qualified for promotions and for disciplinary actions and cascades weekly update in team sales standing with the management team.
• Attends supervisory calls from irate & unsatisfied customers and commendations from service satisfied customers.
• Handles incoming calls and phone inquiries confidently and accurately.
• Process and transact customer’s payment through prepaid and credit card such as AMEX, DISCOVER, VISA and MASTER, and process refunds as well.
• Pacify customer and provide solution with their concern without compromising the product and the company.
• Directs all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales.
• Addresses customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
• Locates areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
