I also have experiences navigating around collaborative and assistive tools for customer relationship management (CRM) such as Canvas, Slack; as well as with CRM tool alternatives like Trello. I am used to handling administrative duties such as organizing information on emails, calendars and Google Drives even under pressure. I also create social media marketing designs and captions to be posted on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Aside from these, I have been efficiently spearheading activities that aim to foster camaraderie, resolve concerns and disputes, and monitor the overall welfare of people. Empathizing with both my colleagues and members is my niche; and being able to work with them while maintaining professionalism and positive dynamics have always been a pleasure to me.

Being a solution-oriented, organized, analytical and efficient time manager individual is something that I have been able to prove and sustain myself and in the institutions that I have worked in. These expertise and educational background of mine shall be essential altogether to me being an asset to your community.
