Technical Support Representative and Customer Service

Being a chat support agent for more than a year I've handled Technical Support for VR Gaming and help the customer to troubleshoot their gaming system. We assist 3 up to 5 customers at the same time. I am proud to say that, I was able to help the customer and provide quality customer service at the same time.

I have been in this BPO industry for a long time now and over the years my desire to be learned and trained is one of my assets. I have worked in different lines of business like Telco, VR Gaming, Mobile Phones, and Major Appliances. It helps me to grow and mold how to sell customer service skills to our customers. This benefits me as a person at the same time with the company as well to be part of a growing and better company.

Over the years, I've handled multiple programs like Telco accounts. In this program, you must answer the incoming call in a timely manner to prevent any abandoned calls and make sure you provide quality customer service.
