Regarding to my work experience my last company is VXI here in the philippines. My role is Chat suppport Representative for 1year. As a Chat support representative we are communicating with our customers thru chat, it is a live chat that we help our customer with their issues about their orders, to track their order , to check if there is a delay for their orders, if they did not receive the item on the Estimated delivery date or if there is a damage or loss on their orders , also we process dispute or refund as well. also I have experience as a transcation processing with Concentrix ,  As a transaction processesor we encode and process the transaction of the customer. also I’ve been work in the Hospital as a admitting staff and as a cashier in the Supermarket.
