I am a Media buyer and General Virtual Assistant with the capacity to delegate tasks such as Data Entry and Customer Service. Over the last twelve years, I have done quite a bit of Data Entry and Customer service, from working in a call center company for five years to freelancing world for three years; I am a thorough researcher with an eye for important and relevant facts, experienced in sorting through data and carefully recording it in spreadsheets. I also know how to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google sheets and how to update client information. I also worked as an Online English Teacher, where I earned my TESOL and TEFL certificates.
