I have more than 7 years of experience working with the Amazon platform. At my previous company, we handle and manages Amazon accounts from different clients, one of my jobs is to keep 18 credit card details, fulfill orders from different suppliers and ship to customers, monitor seller performance, manage customer service, and check the listing of the other VA's before they list it and manage a team consisting of 6 members.Another part of my job is to source profitable items in Walmart, Wayfair, Bed Bath & Beyond, Home Depot, Overstock, Target, Sears, etc., and check the price for competition. To ensure the item is profitable, we have the following Upgrade to see actual info must be under 300,000 Best Seller's Rank for the main category using Scanalyze and Keepa, compute source price (Walmart, Wayfair, etc.) plus fees, and profit. The total number of competitions must belong to or under the top 5 existing sellers, posted thru ECom Solutions/Amazon Seller Central. I also post variations, bundles, piggyback, piggscratch. Listing them thru ECom Solutions or Amazon Seller Central. I am assigned as quality control, checking my co-employees work before posting, managing, and fulfilling/processing orders in Walmart, Home Depot, and other supplier sites and customer service. I worked also as a Product and Inventory Specialist on Amazon FBA/Private Label. Source profitable products thru Jungle Scout, Hellium 10, Viral Launch, and Keepa, source suppliers thru Alibaba, create new product specifications, convince them of best deals and price (my favorite part), purchase samples, create Purchase Order Contract, send payment, order mass order/bulk order, contact third party inspection, contact freight forwarder until shipping to Amazon warehouse or Fulfillment Center. Also, navigating Seller Central, create Fulfillment Order, Send/Replenish Inventory, Fulfillment Order, Customer Service, keyword and title optimization, PPC, FB ads, and other administrative work.  Also, managed Shopify account, fulfilling orders, entering tracking numbers, contacting suppliers for order follow-up/concerns, managing returns/refunds, and customer inquiries/complaints. Also, I searched wholesale accounts and contact manufacturers that are willing to partner with us and do wholesale accounts.
