Hello there! Are you in search of a virtual assistant or a customer service? representative? If so, I am here to assist you! I've been a reception/reservation agent for almost 7 years in the hotel industry. I handle phone calls, email inquiries, and customer complaints. I worked in a fast-paced environment and resolved customers' complaints to provide a better experience and meet their expectations. I'm capable of multi-tasking and willing to be trained with high expectations of providing excellent results.
My job description includes the following tasks:
Checking emails and responding promptly.
Answering inbound and outbound calls.
- Dealing with guest inquiries and complaints.
- Updating guest profiles.
- Sending emails to guests regarding rate updates, contracts, and follow-up payment dues.
- Arranging airport pick-up and drop-off.
- Possessing basic knowledge of MS WORKSPACE.
- Knowledgeable in hotel software such as My Cloud, RMS, and IDS.
- Managing hotel bookings on platforms such as Agoda, Upgrade to see actual info, Airbnb, and Expedia.
- Responding to inquiries on Trip Advisor,
- Possessing a training certificate in graphic design with Canva, social media management, WordPress, marketing, copywriting, and Facebook Ads Autopilot.
