As a Talent Acquisition Specialist for 1 year and 2 months, I have developed and enhanced my communication skills, both verbal and in writing. Also, my duties and responsibilities is to handle the end to end Recruitment and selection process, wherein I will be the one to conduct the initial interview through face-to-face and virtual platforms, conduct background investigations, write recommendation for orientation and training, and as well to follow-up trainees in a day-to - to day basis.
