My name is Upgrade to see actual info and I have over 10 years experience in the leadership/management role. My strongest attributes are skills and people development and management aligned with customer experience. I also have experience in cold calling, lead management and guess messaging. I am looking for a company where I can explore and further develop my acquired skill sets and knowledge.

Research and typing job is pretty much part of what I do in the last 15 years of working. I can easily complete task with accuracy and exceeds expectation. I am well organized and can deliver on time. I am a resourceful person and I know how and where to find answers on my own.

I have a little over 2 years of experience as Virtual Assistant specializing in real estate particularly cold calling and lead management. I call potential leads who wants to sell their properties and determine their motivations to sell and ask additional questions to determine if a lead is a good fit. I do comps and property comparison and present offers to potential leads in order to close a deal.
