I am a Blender 3D modeler and I create 3D models of characters and animate them to bring life to my favorite childhood characters from TV shows the way I envision them if they were updated by me.
As for Architectural 3D models, I use Blender to create the 2 to 3 storey residential structures from the provided PDF plans and make Construction animations to give them life as they are built from the drawing lines rising up floor by floor until completed to the roof section. Doors and windows move in the animation to help them stand out in the presentation,.
