Hi, first I want to introduce myself I am Upgrade to see actual info Upgrade to see actual info, I'm 32 years old, I live at Manila Philippines. I graduated associate degree at St. Judel Institute of Technology the course I took was Computer Programming, major in Programming and I took my OJT training in our school, what I do there was Assisting our professor, encoding student grade records and other task. My previous job was at Switch Industrial Sales Corporation, the type of their business was wholesale trader my position is Office Staff, I do clerical works, checking emails, Printing sticker label for the items that are going to be delivered, Printing hardcopy of invoices. Encoding sales invoices into Microsoft Excel and into our software called ABSS Premier, it is an accounting software. Updating number of stocks in Google Sheets sometimes assisting in phone calls for customer inquiry. They give me also two accounts to manage, Shopee and Lazada, they are e-commerce platform. What I learn in my previous job was how to handle customers in professional manner because sometimes not all customers are in good mood, sometimes, they are in the bad mood situations you need to understand them always and have more patience.
