I have a total of 13 years of experience with Sales and Customer Service in a BPO industry. I have handled several campaigns for Telco, Cable Internet &Phone, Home Security & Retail. I have been an SME and Team Leader for 6years, supporting both Voice and Chat for these campaigns I also have an experience with B2C sales for 7months recently. I have worked with several markets mainly US but I have experience working with UK, Canada, Australia, NZ and North America clients.
I am very much willing to be trained if needed, very persistent and I am always up for a challenge.
