I have been working as a Customer Service Representative at a BPO company for almost 2 years. This job position requires a lot of trainings which I believed molded me to be flexible, adaptive and efficient. I became more computer literate, learned to multi-task and was able to learn more in handling critical situations. Being fast learner is one of my traits as well. I do have great knowledge with the Microsoft, a lot of social media sites and I can easily learn on how to use some tools and applications. I'm also good with using the Microsoft. I am
