I am a nursing graduate so I am familiar with medical terminology and medications. I am an experienced VA doing admit tasks for a fitness school based in AUS and I have experience as a Medical Administrative Assistant/medical receptionist at a psychiatric clinic in California, handling all administrative tasks including prescription refills. scheduling doctors' appointments, respond patients' inquiries, collecting information from patients and entering to our EHR system, communicating with providers preparing medical files, insurance verification, planning referrals, and sometimes transcribing and calendar management.
I'm also a certified virtual assistant, ready to be that extra set of hands you need for your administrative tasks. My background equips me to assist effectively and efficiently in a variety of capacities.
I have experience and proficiency with various Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) systems, including, Kareo or Tebra, DrChrono, Charm,Wellsky as well as familiarity with tools such as Woocommerce, Airbnb, ownerRez, vrbo, Salesforce, Quartet, Google Docs, DocuSign, Zendesk, RingCentral, and Microsoft Office. Slack, click up, go high level, etc.

I am looking for a long-term and stable job. I can work 30 hours a week and adjust to your time zone. I am available  24/7 to assist you in any way possible.
