over 9 years of customer service experience in customer service, I have honed
my skills in critical thinking, communication, and providing top-notch customer
service. My background in call center operations has equipped me with the

MY most recent work experience was for a web development company, as a lead generation specialist. My main function was to make outgoing calls to potential clients. Look for the decision makers, business owners, directors, or managers, introduce our company, explain what we do and the services we offer, see if it is something that they are interested in and set up an appointment for our sales executives to call them and hopefully close the sale.
