Construction Plan/Cost Estimate Engineer
Assisting the company in the consulting engineering services on the Supplemental Agreement No.2 of Updating of Feasibility Study for Phase IV and Detailed Engineering Design for Phase V of Pasig-Marikina River Channel Improvement Project (PMRCIP).
Duties and Responsibilities:
a. Review relevant studies, data and report's.
b. Determine the bill of quantities/cost requirements for the project (Priced BOQ)
c. Conduct unit price analysis
d. Assist in the preparation of reports
e. Perform task as required by the foreign counterpart in relation to his/her services.

Quality Assurance and Control Engineer 
Project/Program: The Rehabilitation of 23 kms. Township Roads in Pujehun, Moyamba, Mattru Jong and Bonthe District. The Rehabilitation of 11.250 kms. Taiama - Njala University Road; The Rehabilitation of 28 kms. Banda Juma - Pujehun Upgrade to see actual infoitiative project of the Government of Sierra Leone, West Africa implemented by the Sierra Leone Roads Authority (SLRA).

Duties and Responsibilities:
To ascertain that all materials incorporated into the works pass the requirements of the Standards Specifications for Highways, Bridges and Airports and to strictly comply with the schedule of Minimum Testing Requirements. 

To advice the Project Engineer on the acceptance or rejection of construction materials intended for use in the project, based on test results.? Recommend to the Project Engineer remedial measures for the correction of unsatisfactory condition of materials.

To prepare design mixes for concrete and bituminous mixtures. 

To conduct soil investigations and materials survey for probable sources of materials and reporting the approximate quantity available, suitability of materials and other pertinent data. 

To ensure that samples are properly cured by standard procedure .

To see that samples sent to Laboratory are well packed in durable containers to avoid damages in transit, and that all samples are accompanied by a sample card filled-up in detail. 

To fully acquaint with the standard procedures of sampling, testing and control.? To keep a record of a daily activities ready for inspection anytime.

To comply strictly with all instruction and memoranda.

To submit within required time frame test reports and other pertinent papers to the Office concerned.
